What is Complete Trainer?

Our online coaching is highly individualized for every online client. Programs are typically 12 weeks long but can be customized to a different length if needed. We use software that allows us to check in with you daily.

Premium Online Coaching

  • Starting at $350 for 12 weeks or $125 Monthly

All gym work will be prescribed through the app. You will receive a customized workout for each day containing easy-to-understand workouts and explainer videos for every movement. We ask clients to take a video of the first set of the daily main goal exercise through the app. This is where we can typically identify shortcomings and address what possible issues you may be experiencing.

Based On Any Current or Previous Injuries

If you have any previous or current injuries, we can help you train around them so you can continue to get stronger while avoiding further compromises to your health.

Your Profession

We have firefighters, police, military, powerlifters, combat/team sport athletes, and the general population enrolled in our online coaching. To best serve your needs, we ask about your daily activities and profession to offset any wear and tear that may be occurring in your daily life.

Your Equipment

Don’t go through an online program that doesn’t consider the equipment; If you have various specialty bars, we will use them! If you don’t, we will find other methods to get you stronger. We will maximize the tools that you have in your gym!

Time Dedicated to the Program

We have trained people as little as twice a week and have had great strength and fitness progression. We also have people that train up to 4/5 times a week. It is customized to the time you have to commit to the program.

FAQs

Where is Complete Trainer Located?

Our online training platform gives you access to top-level training anywhere in the world! If you bring your work ethic, we will take care of the rest. 

Can I complete a training program regardless of where I live?

Yes! Equipment will be needed in parts of the program, but your location will not dictate the quality of training you receive. You can live anywhere and be a part of our program!

What kind of equipment do I need?

You will need access to essential training items, including running shoes, rower, ski erg, bicycles, bands, cardio equipment, gym membership, home gym, pull-up bar, etc.

What if I want more individual training or attention?

Every program of ours focuses on the individual. You have many opportunities to sit down with a coach to discuss your situation.

What happens if I don’t have a bike/rower/ski-erg/etc? 

No problem! We write a program that allows you to implement almost any mono-structural activity into your training that you can/want to do.

Can I switch workout days around? 

We will only publish one workout session at a time. After a while, you will learn how to adjust/modify sessions to meet the unique needs of your schedule.
